Walking through Zozoji temple to the Tokyo tower. 
This is a pleasant walk, crossing the Zozoji temple (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zōjō-ji) you arrive to the Tokyo tower (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tokyo_Tower) where you can take nice pictures from the first or the second observatory. A little restaurant is located in the first observatory. There's some souvenir shops at the exist.
